Month after surgery

Month after surgery
25.04.2020 by Mike Kire

So a month has passed since the day of a complicated surgical operation on my leg after my fall from the fortress of St. George in Lisbon. My trip to the Azores unexpectedly ended halfway and I was stuck in Portugal for a long time. Now I have a titanium plate on the tibia in my leg twisted with six large bolts. I never thought that this could happen, but we have what we have …. Here is an unexpected acquaintance with Portugal, its hospitals and doctors instead of sights and stunning views of the Ocean.

But the worst has already been passed, now there is treatment in the hospital and I can already allow infrequent taxi rides to the Ocean! This is a truly stunning country with very beautiful cliffs of the Ocean coastal coastline. It is a pity, of course, that at such a high price, I have the good fortune to enjoy it but still. How nice to watch the sun go down at sunset over the ocean! What an amazing combination of colors in the sunset sky! It is impossible to describe in words, it must be seen! You can enjoy it forever!
